Nauphilus is a Mexican tech start-up who creates tailor-made, automated video interviews assisted by AI. Their initial goal was to improve people risk assessment in the finance industry.
THE PROBLEM Lead-to-customer conversion rates taking between 8 and 12 months make the scaling process time and resource intensive. This limits the potential of the company to scale and acquire investor capital. MY ROLE I was hired as a product designer, to create a product line which could reduce the lead-to-costumer convertion rate at least in 50%. I was responsible for setting UX goals, strategy, and execution, marketing, content strategy.

I delved deep into several different interviews to understand, according to my senses, what the product does and how it does it. I kept an eye for opportunities to improve. complete the sentence.
Due to an unclear target user, lack of empathy and human-centered vision within the team, and limited time and resources, I decided that this tool was the best option in this early stage.

David our product manager had to leave the project since his own Start-up got funded and had to focus 100% on it, also the budget we had to hire a developer was no longer available, because of that I had to change our design approach to use everything we had available for both design and develop an MVP.
